The terms of this Waiver shall serve as a release and assumption of risk for the Participant, and the Participant’s heirs, executors, family members, administrators, and assigns. This Waiver shall be effective for any persons accompanying me, the names of whom are on the reverse side of this document.  Superior and Participant, or Parent on behalf of Participant, agree that neither may initiate an action for tortious injury, negligence, wrongful death, or any other action in tort for injuries occurring to Participant while participating in the Services or Activities.
